Last Updated: 5 November 2026
At UnderGround DSGN, we respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how we use cookies and similar technologies.
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how they are used on our website, and how you can manage your preferences.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites function correctly, remember your preferences and improve your browsing experience.
Similar technologies, such as local storage and tracking pixels, may also be used.
How We Use Cookies
Our website may use the following categories of cookies:
Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the website to function correctly. They may support account authentication, security, shopping baskets and checkout functionality.
Analytics Cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website, allowing us to improve performance and usability.
Functional Cookies
These cookies remember certain preferences and settings to provide a more personalised experience.
Marketing Cookies
Where used, these cookies help us measure advertising effectiveness and understand how visitors interact with promotional content.
Non-essential cookies will only be used where you have provided the necessary consent.
Third-Party Cookies
Some features of our website may be provided by third-party services, including our website platform and payment providers.
These services may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver their functionality.
Any non-essential third-party cookies are subject to the same consent requirements.
Managing Your Cookie Preferences
You can accept or reject non-essential cookies using our cookie consent banner.
You can also update your preferences at any time through the Cookie Preferences option on our website, where available.
Most web browsers also allow you to view, block or delete cookies through their settings.
Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect the functionality of certain website features.
Changes to This Policy

Any updates will be published on this page with a revised date.

Cookies and tracking on this site
This summary is kept up to date automatically and reflects the cookies and tracking technologies currently active on this site.
Strictly necessary
Always on - these are required for the site to work and can't be switched off. They keep you signed in, remember the items in your basket, protect forms against fraud, and store your cookie choices so we don't ask on every visit.
Analytics
We measure how the site is used so we can improve it. Our built-in analytics is privacy-first and works without cookies - visitors are counted with a key that resets daily and cannot follow you across sites.
Managing your choices
This site sets only the cookies it needs to work, so there are no tracking choices to manage. You can still control cookies through your browser settings.
