We may request proof of age or identity before awarding a prize. Entries from individuals who do not meet our eligibility requirements will be invalidated in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

  • Take regular breaks: If entering competitions stops being enjoyable, consider stepping away.

  • Avoid borrowing money: Never borrow money or use credit you cannot comfortably repay to enter prize draws.

Remember, participation is entirely optional, and every paid-entry competition also offers a free postal entry route.

Understanding Your Chances of Winning

Every valid entry has an equal chance of winning the relevant prize, regardless of whether it was purchased online or submitted through our free postal entry route.

Your chance of winning depends on the number of valid entries included in the final draw.

For example, if a competition receives 1,000 valid entries and you hold one entry, your chance of winning a single randomly awarded prize is 1 in 1,000.

Purchasing more entries may increase your chances, but it never guarantees a prize.

The number of available paid entries, entry price, applicable limits and closing date will be displayed on each competition page.

Recognising Unhealthy Participation

While our competitions are intended as entertainment, we recognise that prize draws can encourage excessive spending for some individuals.

Warning signs may include:

  • Spending more money than originally planned.

  • Feeling compelled to purchase additional entries.

  • Trying to recover previous spending by entering more competitions.

  • Hiding spending from friends or family.

  • Feeling anxious, frustrated or distressed about competition results.

  • Allowing competition spending to interfere with everyday financial responsibilities.

Taking a Break or Restricting Participation

If you would like to stop receiving promotional communications, request account closure or ask us about restricting your participation in future competitions, please contact us.

We will not require you to provide a reason for requesting account closure or unsubscribing from promotional communications.
