Welcome to UnderGround DSGN Giveaways.
These Terms & Conditions govern access to our giveaways website and participation in prize draws operated by UnderGround DSGN.
By entering a prize draw, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the additional rules displayed on the relevant draw page.
1. Promoter Information
UnderGround DSGN is an independent UK business specialising in original decorative skateboard artwork.
The business is operated by Jake Curtin, a sole trader trading as UnderGround DSGN in England.

2. Eligibility
Our prize draws are open to individuals who:
Are aged 18 or over.
Are ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom.
Provide accurate and complete entry information.
Meet the conditions of the relevant prize draw.
Individuals directly involved in organising or administering a draw, and their immediate household members, are not eligible to enter that draw.
We may request reasonable evidence of identity, age and eligibility before awarding a prize.
3. Prize Draw Information
Each prize draw will specify:
The prize and its advertised value.
The cost of a paid entry.
The available free entry method.
The opening and closing dates.
The deadline for receipt of postal entries.
Any entry limits.
The number of prizes and winners.
The draw date and winner-selection method.
Any restrictions or additional conditions.
The information on the individual prize draw page forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
4. Paid Entries
Entrants may purchase entries through the payment methods available on our website.
A paid entry is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and the entry has been recorded.
Each accepted entry provides one chance of winning, unless the draw expressly describes a different entry structure.
Purchasing additional entries may increase an entrant's chance of winning but does not guarantee a prize.
Any applicable entry limits will be enforced across both paid and free entries.
5. Free Postal Entry
Every prize draw offering paid entry also offers a genuine free postal entry route.
No purchase is necessary.
The free entry method will be clearly displayed alongside the paid entry method before an entrant decides whether to participate.
Full postal entry instructions, including the address and deadline, will be provided on the relevant prize draw page and our Free Postal Entry page.
Ordinary first-class or second-class post may be used. We do not require premium-rate postage, recorded delivery or special delivery.
We do not charge a fee for processing valid free entries. Entrants are responsible only for their ordinary postage costs.
Every valid free entry has the same chance of winning per entry as a paid entry and is included in the same winner-selection process.
Free entrants are eligible for the same prizes and are subject to the same eligibility and applicable entry limits.
We will operate entry deadlines and capacity limits so that the free entry method is genuinely available and is not unfairly disadvantaged by the paid entry method.
6. Entry Limits and Closing Dates
The applicable entry limit, if any, will be stated on each prize draw page.
All accepted entries must be received within the applicable entry period.
Closing dates will not be extended or brought forward merely because paid entry sales are higher or lower than expected.
Changes to closing dates will only be considered where exceptional circumstances beyond our reasonable control make a change necessary and the change is consistent with applicable law and advertising rules.
Any material change will be communicated clearly to affected entrants.
7. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries in the relevant draw.
Paid and free entries will be treated equally.
The draw will use the winner-selection process disclosed on the relevant prize draw page.
We will retain appropriate records to demonstrate that the draw was conducted fairly.
A winner's eligibility may be verified before the prize is awarded.
8. Winner Notification
We will make reasonable efforts to contact each winner using the contact details supplied.
Winners will ordinarily be contacted by email.
Unless otherwise specified in the individual draw rules, winners will have 14 days from the initial notification to respond and provide any reasonably required information.
We will make reasonable follow-up attempts before treating a prize as unclaimed.
Where a winner cannot be contacted despite reasonable efforts, is ineligible or declines the prize, an alternative winner may be selected fairly from the remaining valid entries.
9. Publication of Winners
We will publish or make available sufficient information to demonstrate that prizes have been awarded fairly.
This may ordinarily include the winner's surname and county, subject to applicable privacy and advertising requirements.
Winners may object to publication of their details or request that the amount of information published be reduced.
We may still be required to provide relevant winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.
We will not publish a winner's full address, telephone number or email address.
10. Prizes
Each prize will be described on the relevant prize draw page.
Where the prize is an UnderGround DSGN skateboard deck, it is supplied as decorative artwork intended for display, not as equipment for skateboarding.
Where a winner is offered a choice of design, the available choices will be identified in the individual draw rules.
Prizes cannot ordinarily be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
If a prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will provide a reasonable equivalent of the same nature and value, or better, in accordance with applicable requirements.
Prizes will not be reduced in value because fewer paid entries were sold than expected.
11. Prize Delivery
Unless otherwise stated on the prize draw page, delivery of physical prizes to eligible UK addresses is included at no additional cost.
We will aim to deliver prizes within 30 days of the draw closing date, subject to timely verification and provision of delivery details.
If delivery is expected to take longer, the relevant prize draw page will disclose the applicable delivery arrangements.
We are responsible for arranging delivery of the advertised prize in accordance with the published terms.
12. Cancellations and Refunds
We intend to award every advertised prize in accordance with the published rules.
A draw will not be cancelled simply because an insufficient number of paid entries have been sold.
If exceptional circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent a draw from proceeding, we will notify affected entrants and explain the available remedy.
Where a draw is cancelled without awarding its prize, paid entry payments will be refunded.
Refunds will also be provided where required by applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights.
13. Fair Use and Fraud Prevention
Entrants must not:
Provide false or misleading information.
Manipulate or interfere with a prize draw.
Use automated systems to circumvent entry restrictions.
Create multiple accounts to evade entry limits.
Engage in fraudulent or unlawful conduct.
We may investigate suspected misconduct and reject entries where there is a reasonable and documented basis for doing so under the published rules.
Any action taken will be proportionate and consistent with applicable law.
14. Responsible Participation
Participation is voluntary.
We encourage entrants to set personal spending limits and avoid spending more than they can comfortably afford.
Every paid-entry draw provides a free postal entry alternative.
Entrants may contact us for assistance with account-related concerns.
15. Personal Information
We process personal information to administer entries, operate draws, verify eligibility, notify winners, deliver prizes, prevent fraud and meet applicable legal obligations.

Consent to promotional marketing is not required to enter a prize draw.
16. Promotional Discounts
We may occasionally offer promotional discounts or benefits to entrants.
Any such offer will have its own clearly stated conditions, including eligibility, validity period, exclusions and redemption requirements.
Where an offer is advertised as available to all valid entrants, eligibility will not depend on whether the entrant used the paid or free entry method.
17. Website Availability
We take reasonable steps to maintain the security and availability of our website.
Technical interruptions may occasionally occur.
Where a technical problem materially affects entry or administration of a draw, we will take reasonable and proportionate steps to protect affected entrants and maintain fairness.
18. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Nothing in these terms affects statutory consumer rights.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
The revised version will be published on this website with an updated date.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights or materially disadvantage entrants whose entries have already been accepted, except where required by law or otherwise legally permitted.
20. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections applicable elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
