How do the competitions work?
Browse our available giveaways, choose how many entries you'd like and complete checkout. Once your entry is confirmed, you're included in the draw. Every paid-entry competition also offers a free postal entry route. Full details, including prices and closing dates, are shown on each competition page.
How is the winner picked?
The winning ticket is decided at random and locked in before the first ticket is sold, then revealed at the draw. Every finished competition shows how its result can be checked.
Can I enter for free?
Yes. Every competition has a free postal entry route with the same chance of winning as a paid entry.
When will I know if I have won?
Winners are shown on our winners page once the draw is made, and every winner is emailed at the address on their account.
Who can enter?
You must be 18 or over and live in a country we accept entries from. Full details are in our terms and conditions.
How do I claim my prize?
We get in touch to arrange delivery or payment. Where a competition offers a cash alternative, you choose which you would like when you claim.
